Sudeep specializes in making Information Technology a Competitive Advantage.  

His work has encompassed the entire Packaged Application Life Cycle: building the business case for the investment, evaluating vendor, and implementing systems on time and budget while incorporating best in class practices.  Sudeep has also led the effort to define and develop custom systems to address specialty requirements for captive and outsourced manufacturing Manufacturers as well as the associated Engineering, Customer Support, Financial and Order Entry Systems.  Another area of his expertise is in post-merger integration , where he has facilitated the rapid consolidation of IT systems to eliminate duplicate work and enhanced the business differentiators through common adoption of best practices.

As the founder of Aristasoft, Sudeep championed deployment of Enterprise Applications for industry verticals in a SaaS model that offered mid sized corporations predictable costs, rapid implementation, ongoing support by functional specialists and operational reliability guaranteed by contractual SLAs.   This was made possible by Sudeep’s pioneering work in building industry templates, custom tools (for rapid application configuration and remote application monitoring) and real time integration (EAI and B2B links with Outsourced manufacturers).   Most recently, at 5by5Networks, he led the development of a Multi Modal Contact Center Packaged Application in a BPO Environment using a distributed, Multi Tenant approach to provision new customers in hours instead of months.  This clean sheet approach overcame many of the limitations of conventional applications adapted for SaaS through native support of the major deployment and business issues peculiar to a SaaS deployment.

Sudeep gained insight into the challenges facing mid sized companies as Chief Information Officer for iLogistics and Plantronics.  He built on this experience and earlier work at Seagate Technology in his role as VP of Product Development at Aristasoft and 5by5Networks to enable SaaS customers to tap into high end capabilities that were previously unaffordable.
