Rhoda Verner, Senior Associate

 
Rhoda Verner has had a successful career in delivering and operating successful Information Technology systems.  She is considered a leader in the practice of effective change management.  
She also brings a unique perspective to succeeding in emerging markets amid global cultural diversity.  She has had global responsibility, including having spent 8 years in Asia as VP of Information Management for Johnson & Johnson, responsible for spearheading the strategic leadership and facilitating governance for the development & implementation of the company’s ERP solution across the region as well as supporting the ongoing capturing and analysis of consumer data.
Rhoda’s 30-year plus career in Information Technology included CIO at XESystems (formerly Xerox Engineering Systems) and various IT roles at Gould Semiconductor, Datapoint Corporation and Varian Associates.
She has won a number of awards and accolades – including being named in 1996 as one of the Top 100 Women in Computing (USA) by McGraw Hill.  In 2005, she was acknowledged in the new Cisco publication “Net Impact” for her work in China.  She is also frequent speaker at industry conferences and forums.
Rhoda earned a BA in social sciences / minor business from the San Jose State University California, USA, and completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
