Judy has 30 years of IT management experience in multiple disciplines: Program Office, Business Software Development, Product Engineering, Professional Services, Database and Data Administration, Field Support, Call Centers, and Product Management) with a unique perspective on all aspects of the PLC.

She is adept at chartering, building, and reengineering organizations (i.e. department structures, business processes, interfaces, policies and procedures), and has led several project rescue efforts, including reducing projected costs of an outsourced product development initiative by 36% ($8 m). Her consulting experience includes Interim CIO at a chip design division of Fujitsu, Sr. Program Manager for Release 12 of Sybase’s database product, and Interim IT Director for a Worldwide Customer Support and Service organization.

She is a PMP, holds an MBA in Management, a DBA degree in IT Management and is an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Golden Gate University.
