Founded in 1993 by Sharon Shoemaker, Fast Break Consulting specializes in change management, organization development and performance improvement. She has provided change management expertise for a variety of technology implementations including design and implementation of change management strategy, training and communication plans.

The name Fast Break Consulting expresses Ms. Shoemaker’s vision for the work she does and is drawn from her lifelong passion for basketball, a game involving clear strategy and superb execution -- two components essential to high performance in business.
