Coby has over twenty-five years of experience as a senior business and systems executive in operations, product development, customer service and support. Coby currently leads Sequoia’s ITIL v3 practice, and his current areas of focus are mentoring enterprise organizations during their development and deployment of a lasting customer service and support strategy. He has been responsible for the selection and implementation of over 60 major service automation solutions, including the specification and acquisition of outsourced services and technology. With a solid foundation in Fortune 100 I/T organizations, Coby has been able to translate business requirements into realistic and practical technology and operational implementations.
Coby holds a BS from the University of San Francisco and MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of Incoming Call Management Institute (ICMI) and Association of Support Professionals (ASP). Recently he has been certified for the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
